    I purchased a place which I will turn into a PPOR in a couple years, so really this isn't a money making venture. If it does crash, it doesn't affect me, so long as rents keep on going up, as they are.. and pay the mortguage.

    And its good to own shares AND property. but property isn't a license to print money by no means..

    US down another 146 points over night, its now in the 11000 range. So Monday will be another bad day...
