Does anyone else think RIO is a good buy at the moment after falling more than 21% today (ex-right)? Or will it drop further as the rights price is only $28.29!

To me, the main interest around RIO right now is comparing the price of RIO shares to RIO rights plus $28.29 (being the amount the shares cost using the rights).

Draw a trend line under the share prices. For a trend followers it looks good.

For a Value Investor, it looks very expensive.

    General advice only.
