OK so a small cap company that I have a bit of money tied up with recently release this statement in regards to doing some capital raising:

OK so there are a few things I don't understand and I was hoping that someone here might be able to clarify for me.

So just some background, say the current share price is $0.55, and there are currently 92,000,000 shares on the market.

So does the above statement mean that the company has privately done a deal with someone to issue 15% x 92,000,000 "new" shares at a price of $0.50?

If so by my calculations that only raises $6.9 million - so where do they get the figure $20.4 million?

Also with the renounceable rights issue, is that offer to all shareholders or just this new private company?

Or do I also have the ability to buy some more shares in this company at $0.50 each? I presently have 25,000 shares in the company?

And if I do, who do I contact? CCZ Equities Limited?

And are there any other concerning things that I should be worried about?

I'm just quite confused by the statement and would appreciate an explanation that isn't so legal...
