Managed Funds Impartial advice on trailing commissions

    I am getting very confused about trailing commisions and rebates. After paying a ridiculous amount in adviser service fees every month via my managed funds and getting little or no return in my investment I decided to pull out of any investment arrangment with this adviser. The fees I were paying did not warrant the level of service I was recieving. I still have my insurances with this company. So my questions are where do I go to enter a managed fund that will provide rebates on these commissions and on entry and exit fees? and can I also get rebates on the adviser fees being charged on my insurances?
