    I have my smsf with esuperfund and I would like to discuss some of the ins and outs of the fund.

    First up, unlike with residential real estate I see that you can invest in commercial real estate and lease it to yourself.

    I am considering doing this at present.

    Being restricted to one loan provider specified by esuperfund is a bit of a pain but the lenders fees don't appear to be too ridiculously over the top.

    Anyone had any experience with this aspect?
