Welcome to CRIN's November newsletter

To close out 2007 we've invited some of Australia's most experienced and well-placed property and share market experts to provide CRIN members and guests with an insight into the trends for Australia for 2008, giving you a head start on your investment planning.

We've also planned a final Cashflow event for the year - this is your opportunity to play the most popular investment game in the world, socialising with other investors.

What is CRIN?

The Capital Region Investor Network, or CRIN, is a not-for-profit organisation of property, share and business investors from the ACT and surrounding regions.

The organisation's aim is to provide a forum where new and experienced investors can meet socially and share their knowledge with like-minded people without a sales or profit motive.

CRIN regularly holds events featuring speakers, panel discussions and social gatherings such as dinners, lunches and Cashflow or other investment games days.

2007 has been a topsy-turvy year for investors - interest rate rises, share price corrections and an impending election, alongside impressive growth in the economy, share market and many property markets. But what will next year bring?

I was handed the presidency after the previous guys decided they were no longer interested and after one seminar I lost interest and the thing died of neglect.

A while back a lady named Yvonne was running something and was getting some good speakers, but I think she might be gone too.
