Hi Stav,

Its mainly question3aiii the PV calculation. I wasn't sure when or how to include the purchase /sale price.I think I am happy with it now tho.
Im going to use the expected sale price of $575k divided by 7.5% for 3 years at the end of my formula. What do you think?
What are you struggling with on your SRP?

Hi Nicky,

I am also doing IP at the moment. I have done 3aii.
i use the the formula

(ii) PV = PMT + PMT + PMT + PMT
1 + i (1 + i ) 2 ( 1+ i ) 3

= $535259.30
but i haven't done IRR calculation yet. I am stuck in IRR calculation. I also haven't done question 2 bond calculation as well. I am happy to share.

I'm currently doing the Super and Retirement Planning Assignment and looking for some assistance. I've completed Foundations of Financial Planning, Risk Management and Investment Planning and am happy to help people out doing these.

Thanks,
