Its mainly question3aiii the PV calculation. I wasn't sure when or how to include the purchase /sale price.I think I am happy with it now tho.
Im going to use the expected sale price of $575k divided by 7.5% for 3 years at the end of my formula. What do you think?
What are you struggling with on your SRP?

Hi Nicky,

I am also doing IP at the moment. I have done 3aii.
i use the the formula

(ii) PV = PMT + PMT + PMT + PMT
1 + i (1 + i ) 2 ( 1+ i ) 3

= $535259.30
but i haven't done IRR calculation yet. I am stuck in IRR calculation. I also haven't done question 2 bond calculation as well. I am happy to share.

Hi ,

I am wondering if anyone can share me how to calculate assignment Q 2(b) for purchase prince, please?

am i supposed to use the formula:

Purchase prince = face value
-------------
1+[yield 6.95%x(days of maturity/365)]
i am wondering how to calculate for 3 yrs remaining until maturity.

i will be appreciated if anyone can guide me.

Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone can share with your IP1 assignment. I have to resubmit my assignment as it as incompetent. I have to redo Q 3 and Q5. I am not sure how to calculate PV calculation. that would be great if any would give me some guidance. so far, not every is being helpful. I dont mind sharing mine as well.
